Each of our custom gowns is handmade just for you, based on the measurements and preferences you provide. Kindly review the product details carefully before placing your order to ensure everything is just right.
Our team puts great care into crafting every gown, and each piece is thoroughly inspected for quality before shipping. Since all gowns are individually made and fabric batches may vary, slight differences in color or embellishment may occur.
Production takes approximately 15 business days, followed by 5-15 business days for shipping. Please consider carefully before placing order.
Because each gown is tailor-made and requires extensive craftsmanship, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for customized items. If your gown matches the measurements you provided but doesn’t fit as expected, we cannot offer an exchange or return.
If you decide to exchange a standard-size gown for a custom one through our return center, please note there will be a customization fee, and you'll need to submit your measurements. Our customer support team will reach out via email to guide you through the process and answer any questions.
